Two rack-mount multiprocessor Opteron servers were on display: the H401 1U quad processor server, and a 3U eight CPU monster of a machine, the H805.

The H401 has on-board gigabit Ethernet and VGA, and as can be seen in the photo, a riser allows for one PCI-X card. It does appear to be similar to other 1U 4-way Opteron servers on offer, using AMD's 8111 and 8131 chipsets.

The H805 has an impressive set of features, and is also based around the 8111 and 8131. Cribbing from the information sheet:

8-way Opteron 800 series (socket 940)
32 x DIMM slots
DDR400/333 with ECC support, max 32GB
4 x Gigabit Ethernet
Expansion slots
4 x 64bit/133MHz PCI-X
8 x Serial ATA HDD
1 x 5.25" CDROM

1 x on-board VGA
2 x PS/2

Interesting to see serial ATA listed there!
