First test of the new ASUS KFN32-D SLI dual Socket F board. It's tested with a pair of Opteron 2216 processors and is compared to the Tyan Thunder K8WE.
The review is in German but, as always, the benchmarks speak the universal language.

Dual Socket F Motherboard Sighting

The Inquirer has a picture of an Asus(?) dual Socket F motherboard, the KFN4-DRE.
Big things are coming from both sides of the processor war. It should be interesting.
| This one is a dual Socket F board called the KFN4-DRE, and the spec sheet has some goodies on it. It confirms the server based DDR2-800, and then goes on to slap an HTX connector on the board. It is followed up with an integrated IPMI 2.0 for remote consoles and ASWM 2.0 |
Supermicro Dual Yonah @ Akiba

This morning Akiba is bringing us a look at a new dual Yonah board from Supermicro. They have some pictures and benchmarks posted but, as always, you'll need translator to make heads or tails of anything.
