Mike over at Maximum Hardware has been using the 2CoolPC and 2CoolPC Plus from South Bay Engineering.
I am amazed by the amount of air this system displaces and am presently using it in my open full tower case to direct air onto the various PCI and AGP cards plugged into my Abit BP6 motherboard. I'll have to do some temperature tests in the near future. A review will follow.
I'm using one of these to cool my dual P3 600E's in an Inwin Q500A and it's the next best thing to cutting holes in your case. The fan is quiet and pushes incredible amounts of air. It's worth every penny if you want a cooler system but would rather not use a Dremel.
