Ask the Geek...

Have a question that needs an answer? Well, you could always ask the geek. Linuxnews has a couple of these questions and answers posted. "Are there any true Linux databases?" and "Learn Unix or Linux?".
There used to be some legitimate arguments from the business community for not picking Linux over something like Solaris. Solaris is more scalable. It can run on 64 CPU's [yummm - Ed] without any problems. It is the standard Unix for many environments. Some would argue that Solaris is now synonymous with the term Unix.
