Gaming and Win2k

Gamecenter has posted a look at Win2k Pro as a gaming OS. What did they think? Read the clip and then go get the full monty.
Windows 2000, the newest Windows NT platform, is upon us. The 32-bit operating system boasts enhanced ease of use, Plug and Play support, and DirectX 7.0a support built right in, among other features. Microsoft stands by its NT marketing angle, saying that Windows 2000 is for business users only, but when was the last time anyone believed anything Microsoft said without concrete proof?
Speaking of gaming and Win2k... If you scroll down a little, you'll see that I got my RatPad (My preliminary finding is... THIS THING ROCKS!), and the new Win2k compatible Mouseware from Logitech yesterday. Well, today I got my shiny new Razer Boomslang. Awesome, huh? Not really :-/ I still have to wait for Win2k/USB (I don't even want to plug it into my PS2 port!) drivers. Oh well! Now that Win2k is officially out, hardware manufacturers will have to ante-up some drivers!
