Intel 10Mbit Phone networking

3DHardware has a nice review of the Intel Phoneline networking kit. It's one of those that uses the phone lines as your network instead of stringing CAT5 all over or spending the big bucks for a wireless setup:
To actually be able to use the phonelines for other reasons but networking at the same time, the network cards will have to work at a completely different frequency than your phone and DSL. This way they won't interfere with either, and you will be able to use them all in the same time, and probably achieve a much higher speed. The rest is exactly the same as any RJ45 or Coaxial cable network, so theoretically you shouldn't have any incompatibility problems in games etc.
Sounds interesting. Read the rest.
