And its name is "Q". Now there is a computer that will run you broke. I think Hooz is working on his own super computer in his new underground bunker. The U.S. Department of Energy is putting together "The Worlds Fastest and Most Powerful Supercomputer" (wonder how long that will be top dog). Well this monster will be using about 12,000 1.25Ghz Alpha processors. That puppy should be able to pump out the RC5 blocks like there is no tomorrow. Q will consist initially of approximately 375 AlphaServer GS320 systems (approximately 12,000 Alpha processors) with EV68 CPUs running in excess of 1,250 MHz on Compaq's Tru64 UNIX operating system. Almost the size of five basketball courts (in excess of 21,000 square feet), the supercomputer will be coupled together with more than 6,000 fiber and copper cables, will have more than 600 terabytes of Compaq StorageWorks Modular Array storage systems
