New Intel P3 stepping

Intel has seen fit to redesign the PGA package and is set to release a new stepping of the P3 core in 1GHz+ flavors in mid-2001.

Changes:
1: Change from C0 to D0.
2: CPUID change from 0686h to 06ah.
3: Up voltage from 1.70 to 1.75.
4: Increase Thermal Design Power,
5: Rename package to FC-PGA2.
6: IHS, or Integral Head Spreader.

#6 looks to be something akin to a larger surface area for heatsinks to draw heat from. Since the .18 Coppermine based chips have come out, they cool well, but not as well as if they had a package like the older Celerons.

You can find the Intel docs here.
