P3 vs. P4

PC Mechanic takes a look at the differences between the P3 and the upcoming P4. They also throw in some history for you history buffs.
Enter the Willamette, or Pentium 4 as it's called. Not the Pentium IV, or the Pentium IIII, they're using strait Arabic numbers on this one. The Pentium 4 uses a totally different core than it's ancestor, just like the Pentium, and Pentium Pro. The P4 features many innovative (and more not so innovative) features to make it perform "better" than the P!!!.
