Setting up a RAID 0 in Be
Posted on: 02/07/2000 01:15 PM

Ever since I got my Promise FastTrak66 IDE RAID controller, I have become spoiled. I really can't see myself going back to a traditional storage setup anytime soon. Well... Why shouldn't a guy be able to run a RAID array in Be?!? You can! Here's how.
Thirdly, if you have to install one or two hard drives in your system to take advantage of RAID, do note that you'll have to open up your case and actually do the installation. For some reason, the mere sight of a motherboard freaks some people out. Don't worry; I don't know much about hardware myself, and I was able to do this.
