Whistler while you work...

Looking back... that subject isn't the least bit funny. Ah well. The guys over at Supersite for Windows decided to take a write up a preview of Whistler Build 2257. Apparently it's steadily on its way to Beta 1.
Networking users will applaud a new feature that (finally!) allows multiple configurations on a single network interface card. This feature is exposed through an "Alternate Configuration" tab in the TCP/IP properties dialog for each NIC. Otherwise, networking is identical to that in Windows 2000, through the QoS (Quality of Service) Packet Scheduler is installed by default (only in Pro, not in Server).
Check it out over here.
