Win2k Hard drive/Memory Tweak guide

The guys over at Tweak3d are constantly up to something. This time they bring us some more Windows 2000 tweaks. Essentially they run through the features that aren't needed unless you are running a network server.
Windows 2000 does a much better job managing initial service enabling than Windows NT 4.0 did. And while there is still less to tweak in this section than there ever would have been under NT 4.0, you can still shave a good 10MB off your initial overhead. Yes, I said 10MB.
