Win2k Registry Tweaks for High Speed Internet

I have been a big fan of SpeedGuide's site for a while now. Thanks to them, my cable modem screams at TI+ speeds ;-) Well... They haven't let me down! They just came through with a fresh bunch of registry tweaks. This time though, they cover Win2k. Win2k, much like WinNT, is streamlined for networking. Ethernet and Cable/DSL are two different animals though, so you need to do some tweaking to get the most umph. Here's the scoop.
