AMD low-power chips headed for HP, Dell servers

Advanced Micro Devices had taken a beaten in 2008 financially in the x86 market. However, the company looks to fight with new product. This time in the server market. The release of a low power processors for the server and workstation platforms is on deck. Starting with the Opteron 2376HE at 2.3Ghz and a 79w power envelope. Quad Core of course and 45nm fab design.
