CES/Macworld Week
Posted by: Hooz on: 01/12/2007 02:12 AM [ Print | 0 comment(s) ]
For those of you living under a rock, this week is/was CES week. That time of the year when all the cool new toys are displayed at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. There has been a flurry of posts around the internet about what neat electronic gadgets 2007 has in store, so I'll only touch on a few here.
To get started, Anandtech has posted part one of their coverage. HotHardware has posted some stuff here. Engadget has a nice bit of stuff right here.
This was also the week of Apple's Macworld Conference and Expo. Among other things, Apple announced their answer to Windows Media Center, AppleTV, and the rumored iPhone. AppleTV looks interesting, but I think the iPhone was a bit disappointing. It looks cool, and it does everything, but I'm not sure it'll do anything well enough. I guess only time will tell, though.
